Everything from the very first tour to moving and the warm welcome have been truly first class. My girlfriend and our pups could not be happier. Being in the hospitality industry, I’m usually a tough critic. No critic here other than "Well done Nick, Eddie, and the team."

Community spaces are clean and well taken care of. The gym equipment and workout space is new with durable high-end equipment and separate cycling/yoga room. The business center area is beautiful with separate glass offices for telework. Any issue with move-in was immediately addressed. Management staff has been friendly and proactive to address even small issues with our apartment. Very little noise from other apartments. Hallways are usually very quiet. Nice place to live so far! Great local area, lots of restaurants and shopping very close!

The property is gorgeous. The staff is very professional and welcoming. There are many different floor plans and price points available, and the location is close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold! I had the pleasure of touring Aventon Gem Lake Apartments, and it exceeded all my expectations. I was very lucky to have Shannon and can’t express enough how professional she was. Shannon gave a fantastic tour! The best tour we had all day! Their specials are unmatched and we applied. We can’t wait to call Aventon Gem Lake our new home!

Amazing experience! The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and welcoming. My apartment is gorgeous–best elementary school zoning–I couldn’t be more happy with my choice.

I could not be happier in my new home! Nature and convenience is so important to me; I knew that was going to be a challenge moving to Orlando–especially adding in staff and maintenance who actually care. A special thanks to Eddie, who helped me every step of the way (and there were A LOT of steps) trying to help me narrow down exactly which apartment unit I wanted, staying past scheduled hours just to get my paperwork done to expedite the move-in process, and always having a smile to share even in the midst of chaos. And to Angelo - for attending to maintenance orders so quickly & keeping my favorite coffee machine running. This place really is a hidden gem.

After a long search for the perfect home in the area, I found what felt true to my heart. Aventon Gem Lake is not only a beautiful brand new apartment complex but also a place with the sweetest, most helpful staff! The way they welcome new residents is top notch, and they make the process so enjoyable and easy for you–not to mention the breathtaking lake views and office area. If you’re considering moving, stop your search cause this is THE PLACE TO BE.
